Alexandria House

Jeffrey has been a supporter of The Alexandria House since 2006 and cooking dinner for women and children moving to their permanent shelters from The Alexandria House. This is a very dear cause to both Jeffrey and his wife.

Founded in 1996, Alexandria House is a non-profit transitional residence and house of hospitality providing safe and supportive housing for women and children in the process of moving from emergency shelter to permanent housing. Located in the densely populated and ethnically diverse Mid-Wilshire area, Alexandria House also serves its broader neighborhood community by providing educational and enrichment opportunities for residents and neighbors alike.

The Good Egg Project

Jeffrey is a national spokesperson for the American Egg Farmers who are currently committed to donating over 1,000,000 eggs to the hungry with your help. Every time you make a pledge at no cost to you the egg farmers donate an egg to feed the hungry. For more information please visit The Good Egg Project at

    Love your recipes here and on Food Network. It’s great to see how passionate you are not only about cooking, but, your family as well. Very refreshing in a world where marriages and children are thrown away so casually. Hope your star continues to shine.
